Once your return is received please allow between 24 - 72 hours for your store credit to be processed.
You will be issued with your store credit via email containing a code which you can simply copy and paste at the checkout page.
This code can be used many times until your amount is fully redeemed. In the case where your gift card has expired, please contact our client services specialists to assist you.
Please note during high sale periods, store credits can take up to an additional 48 hours to process.
