Is there a warranty for monogrammed products?

As each personalized product is meticulously finished by hand, slight variations may occur. MAISON de SABRÉ does not offer a warranty on monogramming.

However, if the stamping does not meet our exacting quality standards, we will gladly offer a replacement. Please contact our Customer Experience Team at contact@maisondesabre.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue. Please note that replacements are offered for defects but are not eligible for refunds.

Over time, natural wear may cause monograms to fade, which is not considered a manufacturing fault but a characteristic of regular use.
