I changed my mind and wanted a different colour. Can I return this?

If you change your mind, unpersonalised products may be returned in exchange for a store credit. All personalised pieces are final sale unless proven and deemed faulty. Faulty items may be replaced with a new product or store credit at the discretion of MAISON de SABRÉ. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Any returns on faulty products will only be approved at the discretion of MAISON de SABRÉ.

Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear do not constitute a manufacturing fault.

MAISON de SABRÉ is not liable for incorrectly or accidentally purchased and/or personalised products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- NOT be personalised;
- Unused and in its original condition;
- In the original packaging, and
- Not be on sale and/or purchased from The Outlet.

If your product meets all the above requirements, you must submit a request for return within 15 days of confirmed delivery. After these 15 days, all sales are final unless you are lodging a Warranty Claim based on our Warranty terms.

Shipping costs for approved returns shall be covered by the customer and are non-refundable. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
