At MAISON de SABRÉ, we are confident that our products meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. However, if you change your mind, unpersonalized products may be returned for store credit.

Please note:

  • Personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unpersonalised
  • Be unused and in their original condition and packaging
  • Not be on sale or purchased from The Outlet

How to lodge a return:

  • Contact our Customer Experience Team at contact@maisondesabre.com to request a Returns Authorisation (RA) Number.
  • Once approved, download the Return Form here and follow the provided instructions.
