Does MAISON de SABRÉ offer refunds?

MAISON de SABRÉ does not refund, return or exchange monogrammed on customised products unless the item is faulty.

We can offer a return for ONLY non-monogrammed items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you send through photos of your item to our Client Services team, who will be more than happy to provide you with the next steps. You have a choice of a refund or store credit. If you choose store credit we can add 10% on top of your credit.

Refunds and store credits will be processed once the item has been successfully returned and inspected by our team. If your return does not meet the return requirement standards, your refund will be refused.

Refunds will not be provided for 'Return To Sender' parcels.
